Scotland’s economy grew by 0.6 per cent during the third quarter of 2012, according to official figures published today.
The figure compares with a contraction of 0.1 per cent during the previous quarter, and was boosted by a 1.9 per cent increase in output from the production sector.
Output in the services sector grew by 0.3 per cent, but construction sector output dipped by 0.4 per cent.
