Engineering services company EnerMech has seen turnover double to more than £100 million as it continues its global expansion.
The group’s Aberdeen-based UK subsidiary also saw pre-tax losses reduce from £5.28m in 2010 to £1.56m in 2011.
Turnover rose to £102m during the year and is expected to have further increased to £140m when accounts for 2012 are finalised.
The company said all its divisions, which include equipment rental and crane hire, achieved significant growth in 2011.
EnerMech recently agreed a £25m funding package from private equity backers Lime Rock Partners. The company plans to use the funding to help with its target of making five acquisitions in 2013.
Last month it acquired South African business Water Weights International in a £3m deal.
