Life and pensions firm Aegon UK has promoted sales director Duncan Jarrett to the newly-created role of retail managing director.
Former RAC chief executive Angela Seymour-Jackson, who joined in May, has been named as workplace managing director to develop its presence in the corporate market.
Chief executive Adrian Grace said there will be no job losses following the shake-up, which reflects regulatory changes that will ban adviser commission and force firms to provide pensions for their staff.
